We are a social club for older people in the area, we have a variety of activities going on including arts and crafts, games, quizzes, weekly prize draw and also have speakers in on a range of subjects. There's always cake and drinks and during the winter months free soup and roll too. It's a great way to get out of the house, enjoy some company and make friends. Free to attend during winter, £1.50 per session at other times includes refreshments and prize draw entry.

We have a wide range of three and four wheeled bikes including wheelchair transsporters, recumbent trikes, companion bikes and hand cycles Adapted bike means that anybody aged 5 to 95 can take part - whether they have a sensory, learning disabillity. The sessions are also great for those with mental health conditions, dementia, as well as anyone who needs to gain confidence, lose weight or start an exercise programme.
