Bolton Community Champion Lynda Robertson

Lynda Robertson

Community Champion for Little Lever and Darcy Lever

I teach voluntary 'Chair Based Exercise and Strength and Balance' for Bolton Age UK, and have done since 2011.

At present, I teach 'CBE+SB' 'once-a-week' in Little Lever Library and 'once-a-week' in Quebec Hall, Deane.

Plus 'once-a-month' I also treach CBE for a voluntary group called Jigsaw for people who have had strokes.

I am also qualified to teach Hand Massage and have performed at a number of different charity events, in the past, in and around Bolton.

I also volunteer with Bolton Black History Group - you can find them on Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/BBHG2021/

You can also find me on 'Lets Keep Bolton Moving'- https://letskeepboltonmoving.co.uk/activities.php?area=Little%20Lever%20and%20Darcy%20Lever

'I strive to make a positive impact in and around my local community. I believe in the power of community, kindness, and self-care'.

I like fun facts: For an EASY EXERCISE to help with dieting, if offered biscuits/cakes etc - just turn your head 'LEFT to RIGHT'. ha ha ha

Stay Safe and Supple, Lynda :-)
