I’m Julie Karen Robinson, from Mini Minds Matter UK.

I'm the owner of Eagley School House Nurseries that have been in operation for over 19years. I am proactive in the Early years sector and at the forefront of change. I campaign for better and fairer funding for our sector.

I am also the Co founder and Director of Mini Minds Matter, this an approach to support young children with their Emotional Well being and emotional intelligence.

My claims to fame. I’ve been interviewed on Good morning Britain 5 times. Giving a variety of interviews about Early years. I have been BBC breakfast talking about the importance of well-being in children. The children commissioner also selected my setting to visit to find out about Early years and the impact our sector makes.

I am passionate about children with SEN, I try to be proactive in supporting parents to raise awareness of lack of provision for /send children in the community. I can help with completing Early helps and EHCP's. We learn so much from children with SEN and we need to break down barriers. Making a difference every day is my Motivation.

I recently wrote and donated a book to Reubens Retreat about life limiting illness. I have also enjoyed writing many other books around the Mini Minds Approach. I have also written my own phonics programme, with published books that aid the program called Eco phonics warriors.

My aim is to educate staff and parents about the importance of attachment and mindfulness.

I enjoy helping those in need and will go above and beyond to ensure things are put in place to help.

I enjoy volunteering in my spare time, I support many community events and give my time to raise funds for families in need. I love my family and are proud of all my children’s achievements.

I volunteer as an Official for Swimming competitions and sit on the Committtee for BMSS as a volunteer. I enjoy getting invloced in community projects and am a GIants leader at Kings Church.
